I just purchased the migration and network add ons and on the add on site, I get “Assigned to this site – please update the plugin in order to activate it” for each. When I go to look at plugins, it says all are updated, and if I use the “check for updates” on the Updraft plugin it says there is a new version, but I never get the option to update it.
Any thoughts?

I have a multisite instalation. I have followed all the steps related here https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/ but at step 4 I don´t have the link to activate.What can I do?

I’ve emailed you directly with a version to install. We’re looking into the general problem of why this has begun to happen on WP multisite in recent WP versions. (It seems that the update does not show up until a few hours later).

Do you have another email address? Your mail server sent it back. It didn’t like the fact that it contained JavaScript.

I’m just sending it you by email now… but, please *before* installing it, could you do me a favour? Go to Settings -> UpdraftPlus Backups, and start a backup (“Backup Now”), and email me the resulting database file… I’d love to be able to reproduce this problem, but have not done so yet. If you can send me your database backup, then I should be able to do it. (Send to: [email protected]).

There is a newer version of woocommerce that I can install but I really don’t want to do that until I have my backups done first. I didn’t see any other option though. Can you send me via email or send me a link directly to the plugin updates?

If you’re getting an error message that mentions CloudFlare, then there’s a different solution. This is important, because it affects whether you’ll get delivered future versions of UpdraftPlus through the WordPress dashboard properly or not. (If you get a CloudFlare message, then please copy/paste it – we need a detail out of it, to unblock you).
