Cant Update to Premium

hi i buy today the Premium version of Updraftplus and install the Plugin on two of my websites. At one it work perfekt but at the other i dont get the plugin update to premium. In my account here i see that both websites are connected.

What can i do?

Hi,

Please can you reconnect the plugin to UpdraftPlus.com by entering your new account’s username and password in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab? After connecting the plugin, reactivate the add-on and Updraftplus will prompt you to update the plugin to complete the process. You should have UpdraftPlus Premium 2.14.4.22 version number after update.

Also, if you have any caching plugins installed please try clear cache or temporarily deactivate the plugin as this is known to cause issues with UpdraftPlus.
