    Hi,

    I have just purchased a premium renewal (10 licences) and found out that I’m not able to reassign sites. Some were testing/production sites.

    The 4 below sites are the only ones I actually want to be assigned. The balance of licences I want to use this year with new sites that I build.

    Assigned: biddulphs.co.za
    Assigned: automationapplied.com
    Assigned: larawaldburger.com
    Assigned: digitalapplied.com

    Would appreciate if you could please reset my account and this time I will more carefully activate only on sites I want to continue backing up.

    Hi Richard,

    As standard, UpdraftPlus Premium licences are non-transferable so cannot usually be unassigned from a site. However, as the site is used as a staging site or no longer exists, I have reset the licences for you as a courtesy.

    You can now re-assign your licences.
