Clone free for Premium users?

    Hi,

    I have a premium account bur I can not use the new clone feature because I have no credits.

    Your email says:

    PS – Best of all, we’ve included free clone credits for all Premium customers so you can try the service free of charge right now. Just update to the latest version of UpdraftPlus, go to the ‘Migration / Clone’ tab in the settings page and select the UpdraftClone option.

    I’ll third that. I’ve tried a number of attempts, but they all lead to 0 tokens

    Hi all,

    Apologies, It appears that there was a bug when assigning the tokens to your accounts.
    I have updated each account manually now. You should now be able to create clones

    David N from UpdraftPlus – thank you for getting on this SO quickly.

    I tried the clone – it’s fantastic! I was able to try to some changes I have wanted to make to my site. One works great. One does not. No interruption for my visitors…

    I truly appreciate you prompt service, especially because it worked so well. I’ll be purchasing tokens to do this again in the future :-)

    Hi Patricia, Christophe,

    Apologies, it turns out that an error occurred when initially assigning coupons to exiting customers.
    This has now been rectified, and the free tokens added to your accounts.
