    I’m trying to submit a support request because a backup install is causing a critical error on the site but upon submitting my request I’m getting blocked by Cloudflare:

    Cloudflare Ray ID: 6d085291fad9188b • Your IP: 86.26.149.110 • Performance & security by Cloudflare

    Please advise urgently how I can contact you to get support and my site live again

    Hi Mark,

    Am I right in guessing that you’re trying to include your log file? Cloudflare often dislikes these.
