Communications error

Hello,

I’m having a communications error with all my sites (different IP addresses) updating through UpdraftPlus.

I have removed all but one of the sites from the mothership site (server 104.236.215.121).

I’m just trying to troubleshoot one of the sites now (server 138.197.24.183).

I have removed wordfence plugin, and removed it’s information from the .htaccess file as I thought this firewall may be blocking the mothership / Updraft.

All my sites connect through Cloudflare, but I have placed both the mothership site and the control site on development mode and cleared the cache.

Hi,

> Time in incoming message is outside of allowed window (328 > 300)

This means that the controlled site’s time disagrees by more than 5 minutes from either the browser or the dashboard site. So, one of them has the wrong time. Encrypted protocols rely on accurate time as a security measure, to prevent a type of attack called a ‘replay attack’.

I understand that, and this was one of the first things I checked.

I logged into both servers through Putty and have ensured that the “date” function yields a similar time…they’re both on NYC time. Furthermore, I have ensured that the times with both sites are the same in WordPress -> Settings -> General…both on NYC time.
