Confused about database backup

Do I tick this option

Backup non-WordPress tables contained in the same database as WordPress
If your database includes extra tables that are not part of this WordPress site 
(you will know if this is the case), then activate this option to also back them up.

so that all tables that are generated by plugins are also backed up

Hi,

UpdraftPlus automatically backups the database that it is connected. You only have to select that option if you want to backup other database or external databases.
