    Hi, my Business Premium license is up for renewal in 7 days (august 3rd) so I thought I would renew it and on the same time upgrade to Agency plan. I used the coupon from your site (frombusiness), but when I look at my licenses it says my new agency plan – for which I just payed $50 – is up for renewal in 7 days for an additional amount of $87. So what did I pay the $50 for?? Also my account says I have 25 licenses, but the agency plan should be 35 sites shouldn’t it?

    Hi,

    Apologies. It appears that dates are out of sync.
    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.
