Connecting UpDraftPlus

Hi,

I have bought UpDraftPlus and I am trying to connect it as the instructions states when installing it.

When I enter my details I get this error:ERROR: options page not found

Please help.

Need a good on how best to move a site from one updraftplus backup to a fresh install of wp.

Does that happen very time?

If you’ve installed the UpdraftPlus Premium zip that you can get from your account page – https://updraftplus.com/my-account/ – then you only need to connect in order to receive future updates automatically. Otherwise, you can skip the connection step. If you do want to try to get it working, then try disabling other plugins – I suspect there must be a conflict with one of them (I’ve never come across this error before, after a million downloads, so it must be something unusual).

Guide for cloning a site: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-do-i-migrate-to-a-new-site-location/ – basically a) take a backup of the source site b) install WP + UD at the destination site c) import the backup and press ‘Restore’
