    Hi,

    I am currently using 2 of my 10 licenses and will be renewing for the forthcoming year. However, one of the sites (presumably you can see which?) was transferred away from me in February, so I have not done any backups for it since then. Is it possible to deactivate that licence so that I can use it again, as it is effectively redundant now and the licence is being wasted?

    Hi Ian,

    While it is not currently possible to reset licences from the frontend, if you send us the URL of the site to remove from your licences, we cando that for you.
