Hi,
I am having issues to backup the files – Dropbox error : failed to upload file to backup. Error message as below :-
Dropbox error: failed to upload file to backup_2016-10-24-2353_Lemmy039s_Knowledge_Base_9bc83081b28d-plugins.zip (see log file for more)
Dropbox error: failed to upload file to backup_2016-10-24-2353_Lemmy039s_Knowledge_Base_9bc83081b28d-themes.zip (see log file for more)
Dropbox error: failed to upload file to backup_2016-10-24-2353_Lemmy039s_Knowledge_Base_9bc83081b28d-uploads.zip (see log file for more)
Dropbox error: failed to upload file to backup_2016-10-24-2353_Lemmy039s_Knowledge_Base_9bc83081b28d-wpcore.zip (see log file for more)

Please guide me accordingly.

Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus settings page.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here. You can also set your reply to ‘private’.Best Wishes,

Please could you wipe your UpdraftPlus settings (through the Advanced Tools tab), then re-load the UpdraftPlus settings page and re-authenticate with Dropbox? This should update your Dropbox permissions.
Please also ensure that you have the latest version of UpdraftPlus before re-authenticating.
You will need to manually move any backup files from the old apps/UpdraftPlus to apps/UpdraftPlus.com in Dropbox.
