    I purchased a 1 year Plus Subscription in May 2021. Last week I cancelled my account thinking that it would just set it to not renew after expiration in May 2022. Not it looks like my account was immediately cancelled. Do I get a prorated refund for the difference? Please help.

    I have checked your account and it shows that only the subscription was cancelled but you can still use the UpdraftPlus Premium license until 2022-05-06.
