Early license renewal did not account for time remaining

You emailed me a coupon, but when I used it ( #468968 ), it did not account for the time that still remained on my current license through this coming May.

Same here. Renewals in the past have extended the support for another twelve month calculated from the original (first) purchase date. Todays order #469250 has cut the remaining 2 month.

Same here. I had about 6 months on my last plan. Thanks for the great deal! I’m also wondering about prorating my previous subscription to account for the difference.
