Email reports are not being received. I’m sure the most likely cause is that they are getting blocked by our spam service. I would typically add the sender address or sending server IP address as an exception in our spam service. However, I have not been able to find anything on the website here with that information. What would be the sender address of the email reports?

Your web hosting company can tell you the IP address of your webserver – that’s not information that we have at this end.
