Hello,

We are trying to create inbox rules for successful and failed backup email reports.
We are yet to have any fail and don’t know what they look like. Whats the easiest way to distinguish them? Does it sate it failed in the subject?

Hi,

If the backup encountered errors, the report email subject will include the phrase:
(with errors (#))

Where ‘#’ is the number of errors encountered.

Similarly, if any warnings are encountered, the subject line will include:
(with warnings (#))

Thanks for this. Would it appear as “Backed up: SiteName (UpdraftPlus 2.16.6.24) 2019-02-22 02:11” (with warnings (#)) ?
I’m trying to get the layout for a rule to be setup.

Yes, that’s right. But for maximum future flexibility, you might want to just check for “warnings” rather than hard-code the exact formatting.
