Error: Download failed

Hi Support team,

I have UpdraftPlus, I tried to restore a backup from my Google drive. At first, I checked all boxes at once: Plugins, Themes, Uploads, Others, Database but as suggested by support in one of your previous forum posts, I tried to restore each group separately in the same order that is indicated above. Each attempt failed with the following error message:

Download plugins (Oct 11, 2020 10:55):
plugins:
Error: Download failed
Google Drive: download: failed: file not found

BTW I clicked on [Rescan remote storage] to list the remote files. They are still present on my Google Drive and the backup log file seems to indicate a complete transfer:

0216.665 (0) The backup apparently succeeded and is now complete

What am I doing wrong and How can I get past this issue?

Hi Sam,

It appears that the backup file you are trying to restore is not available. Please can you try to click the “rescan remote storage” link to refresh the backup list. Then attempt a new restore. Do you get the same issue? Please also double check directly from your Google Drive if the backup is still there.
