Failed to add payment method

    Hi,

    Our existing credit card expires soon so we have registered a new credit card with the bank. I tried to add it to our payment methods on our account but it fails to add. Is there any known issues with adding payment methods at the moment?

    I am currently going through and updating many sites with the new details so I know there isn’t an issue with the card.

    This is the only error I get:
    There was a problem adding the payment method.

    Hi,

    Many apologies for this. There was a problem with our card processing account, which has now been resolved – if you try again now, all should be good. Sorry again for the trouble.
