    I just renewed my UpdraftPlus and followed the instructions to download the zip file, delete the old version, install the new version, and activate it.

    Upon activation I have been getting the following error: Fatal error: Internal Zend error – Missing class information for in /home/content/88/5751488/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/vendor/yahnis-elsts/plugin-update-checker/Puc/v4/Factory.php on line 14

    This is causing my WordPress web site to crash and I can’t add content.

    How can I fix this?
