File couldnot be copied

Hi,
I have installed Updraft Plus on 7 websites without problems.

At Nr. 8 I have got the following error

Die Datei konnte nicht kopiert werden. /var/www/hosts/000401/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/languages/updraftplus-fr_CA.po

Can you help me with it please

Hi,

Can you please try to upload the plugin files via FTP/SFTP instead?

To do this:
Unzip the UpdraftPlus ZIP on your local machine, using a zip utility such as 7-zip.
Access your WordPress installation via FTP or your host’s filemanager.
Navigate to wp-content/plugins. Upload the UpdraftPlus folder here.
Go to the Plugins page on your WordPress dashboard. You should see UpdraftPlus in the list of plugins.

Hi,

It appears that the installation has failed partway.

The best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory.

Then manually upload the plugin via FTP. Download a fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide. Then, unzip and upload to ‘wp-content/plugins’ so it becomes ‘wp-content/plugins/updraftplus’.

After uploading the files, you can then activate the add-ons and connect plugin to UpdraftPlus.com from your WordPress dashboard.
