"File was found, but is zero-sized" error

I have been attempting to migrate my WP website to a new server with UpdraftPlus/Migrator, but keep getting the same error with my “uploads” backup. It looks like it may be hanging, but I’m not sure. It says it successfully backs up, but when I attempt to migrate to the new server, it gives the error: File was found, but is zero-sized (you need to re-upload it).

Hi Jessica,

The attached log file is of a backup, rather than a migration – can you attach the migration log file instead?

Sorry to be slow in replying – the forum software has been erratic in notifying us of new posts, and we didn’t get the notification of this one.
