First Migration Failed

I am trying to redo a failed migration after deactivating a caching plugin.

I am unable to retrieve a key from the destination site. The sending site shows the destination (send to site: ) but does not appear to have the key.

Guidance please?

Hi,

How far did the first migration get before failing? Did it fail during the backup and transfer stage, or during the restoration?

What happens when you attempt to generate a new key on the destination site?

If the migration is urgent, you can use one of the alternative transfer methods to move the backup files to the destination site. These can be found in our Migration Guide:
