Hi
I’ve paid for the premium version, however I cant add i.e. the addon to lock the settings on my sites. I did remove the old plugin, and download a fresh copy from my account (login) and installed that.
When I want to activate i.e. other addons, I cant seem to make it work. What should I do to fix this?

Hi Jakob,

Please can you ensure that the UpdraftPlus Premium plugin is properly installed?

You should have UpdraftPlus Premium version 2.14.12.24 after your follow the installation process.

Hi Bryle
Thx for a fast reply. I deleted and reinstalled. I activated the access to all plugins, and remembered to click that link that shows just above, asking to refresh the connection to your servers.
Everything is fine now, I can’t see what I missed before.
It might be a good idea to write a bit more instruction on how to activate and use the premium features. It works for me now, so I’m happy.
