Hello, I set up a WordPress website to back up to Google Drive. I followed the steps in your article: https://updraftplus.com/support/configuring-google-drive-api-access-in-updraftplus/

I created both a ‘Client ID’ and ‘Client Secret’, which I’ve inputted into the corresponding fields in the UpdraftPlus section of WordPress. However, when I run a backup, the message “Failed to upload to Google Drive: failed to access parent folder (Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v2/about: (403) Project 700670777847 is not found and cannot be used for API calls.)” appears.

I’m not sure what step is missing/done incorrectly. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

I just discovered your Youtube video. Is it possible to delete everything I’ve done for the Google Drive configuration and start over again?

    Hi,

Yes, you can wipe all UpdaftPlus settings in the Advanced Tools tab.

Alternatively, simply delete the contents of the Google Drive remote storage settings and then save your settings.

    Best Wishes,

I deleted the previous setup and started from scratch, this time following your video. It is working now, thank you! :)
