http changed to https – how can I change the stored URL

Hi!
I have an existing subscription and the stored URL starts with https://…
My Updraftplus BackUp PlugIn (the premium one) says I’m not premium.
Is this because my actual URL starts now with https://…. ?
And if yes, how can I change the URL?

Please can you reconnect the site to your account and licence via the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab?

reconnection did not help!

Hi Martin,

Please can you reconnect the plugin to UpdraftPlus.com by entering your username and password in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab? After connecting the plugin, reactivate ‘All add-ons’ by clicking on the “Activate on this site” link and Updraftplus will prompt you to update the plugin to complete the process. You should have UpdraftPlus Premium 2.15.2.24 version number after update.

Also, if you have any caching plugins installed please try clear cache or temporarily deactivate the plugin as this is known to cause issues with UpdraftPlus.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you re-install the plugin and download a fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide here – https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/

Hi,
I deinstalled Updraft, downloaded the fresh installation files, reconnected to my account, updated the installation and this solved the problems.
