Hi Martin,
Please can you reconnect the plugin to UpdraftPlus.com by entering your username and password in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab? After connecting the plugin, reactivate ‘All add-ons’ by clicking on the “Activate on this site” link and Updraftplus will prompt you to update the plugin to complete the process. You should have UpdraftPlus Premium 2.15.2.24 version number after update.
Also, if you have any caching plugins installed please try clear cache or temporarily deactivate the plugin as this is known to cause issues with UpdraftPlus.
If the issue persists, I would suggest you re-install the plugin and download a fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide here – https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/
