importing new WP posts from live to staging site

Most times an active live site will grow during the time when its staging site is being developed and finalized. Is there a convenient a way to import updated content (blog posts w/images and existing page edits of text) into the staging site to make it current before finally overwriting the live with the completed staging site?

Hi,

I’m afraid there is currently none. However, posts can be easily migrated using WordPress import/function under Tools tab.
