    I bought Backup time and scheduling and i follow the steps to install it. However, there is no link to activate it.

    Hi,

    What version of UpdraftPlus you are currently using?
    If the version shows 2.16.26.0, then
    Could you please reconnect the plugin by entering your username and password in the “Premium/Extensions” tab?

    Hello

    I have that version 2.16.26.0.
    I reconnected the plugin, and a refreshed the recconection, but the addon is still inactive…

    Hi,

    Do you have any caching plugins installed on your site? It is possible that it is just a caching problem.

    I cleared all cache (i’m using WP fastest Cache), the problem remains. My Updraft account informs that Time and Scheduling
    is assigned to https://leiria-fatima.pt/noticias, but must be to https://leiria-fatima.pt. Is this the problem?
