Insufficient Storage and Unable to Backup

Hello–I am having trouble backing up my site. It’s giving me the below error message and I am unable to complete the backup. I purchased the Premium version and can provide my order number. Can you help me back up my site asap?

ERROR MESSAGE:

Hi,

From the log, it appears that the total size of the backup is around 2.5GB.

The Vault quota that comes with UpdraftPlus Premium is only 1GB. As such, IO’m afraid that the backup will not fit in your Vault as it is.

I would recommend purchasing an extra UpdraftVault subscription. With the size of the backups, and accouting for multiple backups, I would recommend a 15GB package:

Alternatively, Google Drive or OneDrive as the storage location should be able to provide the amount of space that you need.
