I was just checking last nights back up and have found one of the uploads zip files to be invalid again. I logged a similar issue a couple of weeks ago related to resume processing. In this case all of the 3 uploads zip files look like they had a resume, but only the third is corrupt.

    Files and log here:

I just checked back a couple of days and the problem seems to be consistent. I added the uploads zips and log from the 16th as well.

    Hi,

Apologies, the backup log in Dropbox appears to be from a different backup (which only included the database).

Could you check the Existing Backups tab or ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory for any other backup sets from today?

    Best Wishes,

Sorry David – drag and drop error – the correct log file is now in dropbox.

    Hi,

From the log, it appears that a network connection error occurred during the upload to Dropbox.

We have had other reports of the same error occurring around the same time as your backup, and believe that it was caused by a temporary connectivity issue on Dropbox’s side.

Please could you take a new test backup and send us a copy of the log?

    Best Wishes,
    David N
