I’m so disappointed. Please help me. I renewed my Premium licence (Licence type: Developer (unlimited sites) and got a renewal discount. 66 dollars instead of 110. And I had problems updating so I checked my account page and now my licence has been degraded to: Licence type: Agency (up to 35 sites). SAY WHAT????!!!!! Please correct this and give me my original license back!!! My order #335820 was placed on January 10, 2019 and is currently Completed. Please help, this is urgent, lot’s of customer websites depending on this. In case you’ve changed your licence policy, I wasn’t aware and I’d be more than happy to upgrade it. Thanks in advance.
