License expired message (despite active license)

    Hi.

    I’m seeing an message on the WordPress dashboard stating:

    “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”

    I renewed my license a few days ago, and confirmed that I have a license active. I can see the message:

    “You are presently connected to an UpdraftPlus.Com account.”

    So I appear to be connected.

    When I try to re-connect to my account, I get the error message:

    “You must enter a valid email address.”

    Even though my email is correct.

    I would upload screenshots but don’t want to do this to a public forum as there is PII in them.

    What should I do?

    Hi,

    Apologies,

    It appears that old/expired licences are stuck. I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.
