    Hi,

I had two licenses expire on 2019-08-28. I let them expire as I have two other available licenses under a subscription that I wanted to use instead (that expire* on 2020-05-06 | Order # 384470 | Subscription # 384472).

I cannot get the non-expired available licenses to apply to the existing site with the expired license https://intranet.mec.com. It still shows as “expired updates subscription (2019-08-28)” regardless of if I click the refresh link or re-login to updraft on the server itself (with the expired banner being on the site). Even though it says I have 2 available licenses.

The other expired site, https://172.X.X.69 no longer exists so it can be ignored.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

I have deleted your expired licenses. You can just go ahead and re-assign the non-expired licenses.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

I can see that your license has been adjusted now.
Please let us know if you continue to get the message.

    Regards,
