    I put a ticket in yesterday morning but only got a reply in the evening. I’ve replied to this but I’m concerned the reply is going to take another 18 hours and I need a faster reply so I’m posting here

    Hi Iain,

    Posting duplicate tickets is *not* a way to get faster support; it means that our support team spends more time on things, not less.

    18 hours is a very reasonable time for a support reply (we don’t have a 24 hour presence) – as in the support terms and conditions, we aim to reply within 3 days.
