    Hello,
    As mentionned in the title, i use with success updraft plus on several sites (backups sent to my dropbox account) but a have a problem on one of them. The automatic backup never launched. The manual ones are working properly.

    Hi,

    Do you see any error or warning message in the “Backup/Restore” tab?

    Hello,

    The only message seems ok, and if i open the last logs it only concerns my manual backup.

    “This backup task (c8f4590b16d6) is either complete or began over 2 days ago: ending (1626195834.9126, ) (existing jobdata keys: ) (Juil 13 19:03:54)”

    Nothing shows on automatic task, as it if was non existent.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    For the log that you shared, it appears that the backup has successfully completed?
    Do you have the log for the scheduled backup that failed?

    Hi,

    It looks like your WordPress scheduler may be broken.
    To confirm this, can you install a plugin called WP-Crontrol? This will allow you to see all scheduled tasks that WordPress is handling.
    Then could you navigate to Tools->Cron Events. You’ll be able to work out if the scheduler is working correctly.
