Hi There,
Tried to clone My website from One domain to another. Everything went Wall except that all the images doesnt show up, either on the website or in admin mode in the gallery, just showin Up as grey box.
What am I doing wrong?
AndreasMarch 28, 2015 at 10:39 am #104510udadminKeymasterHi,
Please can you provide a link to your log file for the problematic migration? (You can get it from wp-content/updraft on the destination site).
It’ll be too long to paste into the forum here, but you can download it to your computer, and share it with Dropbox, or paste it in pastebin.com, or any similar service, and post the link here.
It sounds, though, most likely that the webserver killed the migration due to a time limit. You may be able to overcome that by logging in to the destination site, going to UpdraftPlus, and restoring *only* the uploads. Then there’ll be more time for it to complete, and could succeed.
Best wishes,

March 30, 2015 at 6:07 pm #105251udadminKeymasterHi,
Thank you. Interestingly, the log looks normal. So, my suggestion of the likely cause isn’t right – but hopefully, the true cause will be simple. It might be just a case of needing to reset your file permissions on your uploads folder.
Can you give me a URL to look at where I can see the broken imagine problem?

March 31, 2015 at 5:20 am #105411AndreasParticipantAbsolutly , is it the url to login you want, and to where can I send it?
March 31, 2015 at 8:24 am #105448udadminKeymasterHi Andreas,
I just meant, a page on the site front-end where I can see missing images. I’d only need login details if the problem can’t be seen without one.

I’ve visited that URL, but can’t see any images at all – is that the right URL?
David
March 31, 2015 at 10:02 am #105470udadminKeymaster… though, having said that, I can now see that you’ve got a maintenance page there… and that the webserver is also refusing to serve up the maintenance image. So, it looks like you might have a general issue with the webserver ? (I get a 503 HTTP error for the construction image https://maltidenshus.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/under-konst.png).
March 31, 2015 at 10:02 am #105471AndreasParticipantTry now
March 31, 2015 at 10:12 am #105474udadminKeymasterMarch 31, 2015 at 10:18 am #105476AndreasParticipantNow you should be directed to the right site. Sorry
March 31, 2015 at 1:49 pm #105535AndreasParticipantDo you see the problem? No pictures is loading..
March 31, 2015 at 10:47 pm #105691udadminKeymasterHi Andreas,
I still see the maintenance page… but the background image on that page now loads. (Before, it did not). Does this mean you found the problem?
Best wishes,
DavidApril 1, 2015 at 3:42 am #105767AndreasParticipantYou try now, i did activate maintenance mode again. I wont activate it again until you have sen the issue. Sorry
