I purchased Migrator addon and wanted to know the easiest way to move https://www.landmarkcontractingcorp.com/new/ to root https://www.landmarkcontractingcorp.com/ ?

I would recommend following out migration guide:

I would recommend using one of the alternative transfer methods to move the backup to the new location ready to be restored.

Do i need to install WordPress in root folder in order to move it there? Just curious since Migrator was advertised as a one click solution.

I will be using a Duplicator plugin since it seems your Migrator plugin is more complicated for migrating to root folder. Seems this plugin is meant more for moving sites from one domain to another.
