Good evening,
I have purchased the migration add-on and have used it several times no problem.
Tonight however, when I restored the website it crashed everything and I was unable to access anything.
I am moving the website like this example subdirectory.original-site.com to subdirectory.new-site.co.uk this isn’t the problem is it?
Any help would be appreciated.
February 25, 2014 at 12:42 am #18611udadminKeymasterHi Charlene,
I’d need to see the migration log to say anything useful. Find it in wp-content/updraft in the ‘destination’ site.
Best wishes,
DavidFebruary 25, 2014 at 12:43 am #18612CharleneParticipantI have tried doing it again from scratch, this time I only restored the database and nothing else.
It has crashed again… any ideas?
February 25, 2014 at 12:44 am #18613udadminKeymasterHi Charlene,
Ask your web hosting company where the PHP error log is, and see what it says as the most recent error.
It’s the end of the day here, so please excuse a lack of further replies today.

Sorry I did not see you had posted before I posted last time.
I found these two logs – I am hoping I got the right ones.

February 25, 2014 at 3:47 pm #18622udadminKeymasterHi Charlene,
Received – thank you.
It’s this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/auto-featured-image/ – it’s giving a PHP fatal error. If it worked on the source site, then almost certainly it’s because the destination side server has a newer PHP version that the plugin (which hasn’t been updated since 2011) is incompatible with.
To resolve, delete the directory wp-content/plugins/auto-featured-image from the destination server, then log into the WP admin dashboard, and visit the plugins page. The plugin will then be automatically de-activated, and the front end of the site should load.
