    Hi,

    I’ve used your migrator product in the past and not had a problem. I’m trying to migrate a site and it keeps getting stuck around a third of the way in.

    Last log message is here:
    0305.178 (1) Adding batch to zip file (UpdraftPlus_BinZip): over 25 MB added on this batch (25.8 MB, 2273 files batched, 79 (79) added so far); re-opening (prior size: 0 KB)

    Please can you help, as I need to get this done a.s.a.p!

    Hi Daniel,

    From the logs you sent, it appears that the error you are receiving is a 408 HTTP error. This means that the transfer request is being timed out by the server.

    The backup process itself is running well, so I would recommend using one of the alternative transfer methods to move the files to the new site for migration, as found in the Migration Guide:
