My TIME NOW is incorrect

Today is March 21, 2019 and the time is 3:03PM Eastern Standard Time (or military time is 15:03)
The TIME NOW on my UpDraft Backup page is Tues, August 14, 2018 14:38
How do I change it to the current time and date

Hi,

The time comes from the webserver’s time, in combination with your timezone settings in WordPress (Settings -> General).
