I am facing the same error as well.
ThanksApril 1, 2019 at 6:47 am #370101hmaneModeratorHi,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I’ve reported the Invalid SSL issue on auth.updraftplus.com to our System admins, and they are looking into it.
I’ll keep you posted with progress that we make.
Thank you for your time and patience.

April 1, 2019 at 7:41 am #370131AnonymousInactiveSame problem here. My first scheduled backup just failed.
I performed a manual backup to see if that would work but now even those are failing.
Two weeks ago, during testing, my manual and scheduled backups were all working perfectly with OneDrive for Business as the target remote directory.
According to the logs:
0005.629 (0) Requesting upload of the files that have not yet been successfully uploaded (6)
0005.630 (0) Cloud backup selection (1/1): onedrive with instance (1/1) (last)
0005.631 (0) Beginning dispatch of backup to remote (onedrive) (instance identifier s- [redacted])
0005.801 (0) Error message: An error response was received; HTTP code: not_authed CF-Ray: [redacted]-MSP
0005.801 (0) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this jobApril 1, 2019 at 8:10 am #370151BrigidParticipantYes, I too am receiving an error message, “• An error response was received; HTTP code: not_authed CF-Ray: 4c0831c0ae7c69dd-LHR” since yesterday.
April 1, 2019 at 8:28 am #370167AshleyParticipantSame error. All my backups have stopped. I cant also send a support request as It gets blocked by Cloudflare.
ThanksApril 1, 2019 at 8:35 am #370168AnonymousInactiveJust wondering how such an important SSL certificate could be allowed to expire?
With more than 2 million websites relying on UpdraftPlus, you’d think it would be pretty impossible for this to happen. Someone took their eye off the ball.
This was a rookie mistake which undermines my confidence in the service.
April 1, 2019 at 8:43 am #370178CraigParticipantI am also getting this error
April 1, 2019 at 8:53 am #370185david202ParticipantI have the same issue.
This problem has been going on for at least 15 hours.I really can´t understand how something from this epic proportion can happen at all. But even worse – It is taking way way too long to fix this issue. This is really unacceptable.
Please give an update on when you will have this problem solved.
Thanks
DavidApril 1, 2019 at 9:46 am #370204CraigParticipantBackups look to be working again
April 1, 2019 at 9:57 am #370215AnonymousInactiveYup. It’s fixed now.
April 1, 2019 at 10:05 am #370220hmaneModeratorHi,
Can you please check now?
LetsEncrypt recently changed their methods for SSL renewal, So it failed to update the SSL.
However our System admins have fixed the SSL issue now.
Please give a try connecting to remote storage.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Thanks,
