Hello. I purchased the OneDrive Add-on but when I click on OneDrive in “Settings”, It never even asks for my OneDrive credentials to authenticate.
And if I scroll down the page, it shows OneDrive and says “Microsoft OneDrive support is available as an add-on – follow this link to get it”. I’ve already purchased that plugin but that doesn’t seem to matter as far as the authentication goes.
This issue is usually due to a conflict with another plugin breaking the update link.
If possible, please could you temporarily deactivate the other plugins on the site, and then attempt Step 5 again? The update should complete correctly.
