    I just bought the migrator.
I sent a full backup to the empty target site and tried to restore it.

However, the themes/, plugins/, uploads/ directories are all empty after restoration.
I downloaded the backup zip file locally and checked that there do have correct contents.
The logs went well and showed no error messages.

Is this caused by write permission issues?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

    Hi,

Thanks for sending us the log file.

I see this error message in the log “0000.019 () SQL compatibility mode is: NO_ZERO_IN_DATE,ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION”

Your issue seems to be related with this topic – https://updraftplus.com/forums/topic/database-backup-file-wont-import-into-mysql-8/

    Regards,
