no way to update plugin addons

i need to update plugin i want to migrate my site from a sub directory to a new domain
i purchased the all in one package and still no link to activate it from the free plugin $55 bucks
then i purchased migrator plugin $25 bucks and still nothing
im on a deadline and cant figure out why your addons are not connecting

Hi Ed,

Have you installed the Add-Ons plugin? You should have two plugins installed – firstly, UpdraftPlus; secondly, UpdraftPlus Addons. See here: https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/

If you do have it installed, then your web host must have some kind of block on outgoing traffic, because our logs show zero attempts from your site to connect to your UpdraftPlus.Com site.

If you email us at [email protected] with your WordPress admin username + password and we can take a look and get it fixed for you very quickly.
