your answer to her is not a customer support, sorry! want to renew my license and it also doesn’t work, 40% coupon is not accepted. no emails, no submit form for this… your product is really good, but your support is a disaster and this website very confusing!

I’m Having the same issue, I renewed my subscription but the site plugin still says its expired, now I have renewed again and paid twice without even knowing!!!!
