Please could you perform a plugin conflict test by temporarily de-activating all plugins aside from UpdraftPlus – after this please repeat the steps from your video. Does the link still point to update-core.php?

that, is a live website. I can not deactivat plugins. Your plugin i have to make a copy from live, and now that is not going :((
