Hi there, this has been going on for some time now with my 20+ websites. When there is an update to the plugin, I lose my OneDrive settings and I have to remove and reinstall updraftplus premium and set it all up again which is incredibly annoying!

    I get this message:

You have selected storage options which are not part of your version of UpdraftPlus. To backup to Microsoft OneDrive, please upgrade to UpdraftPlus Premium. To see which remote storage locations are included in free and premium, please see here: Where are my UpdraftPlus backups stored?”

And yes, I have my updraft creds entered under the Premium/Extensions tab and refreshed my connection to Updraft… but when I go to re-setup OneDrive, it tells me I need to upgrade to premium which I already have :/

Any idea WHY this keeps happening? There has GOT to be a better workaround other than wiping my settings, removing the plugin and reinstalling every time.

    Hi Chris,

What are the URL’s of the affected sites and that these sites might not have premium licences assigned.
It looks to me that you are out of licences. You can view your assigned licences here: https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/
I can release some licences for you if you like?

I’ve been using Updraft Plus Premium for many years. Does the Premium plan not allow me to install on unlimited sites? Has your pricing model changed recently?

is there a way I can go through the list of assigned licenses myself and remove the ones I don’t need?
