Option for easy move to another server

Hello there.

I’ve been using this plugin for 1-2 months now, and i’m very happy about the hole simplicity the plugin’s got. The plugin does what it’s suppose to do, and it does that very easy, and without any stupid advanced options. Thanks for that.

but however!

… are there any plans on giving the plugin a function/option, to easy transfer the hole site to another server? If that’s a thing you guys would consider in to the next update, or something, i would be VERY happy! :-)

I think we have this already – it’s the “Migrator” add-on (which is part of UpdraftPlus Premium). The instructions are linked from the shop description, here: https://updraftplus.com/shop/migrator

Or did you mean something different?

If you think it’s a good plugin and want to help UpdraftPlus development, then please tell others about it – via blogs, Twitter, Facebook, etc. – our marketing is still mostly word-of-mouth because we are time-poor and using our time to improve the features instead of on marketing!

Hmm….

I dont understand a word on the website. Of my undertanding, the developer pack is allowing to download unlm. on the site. But i can’t simply do that?

all UpdraftPlus add-ons (i.e. those that you could buy separately in our shop)
life-time upgrades, including new add-ons when they become available, and
a year of support via forum and email.

Can you give me more details of what’s not working for you? You seem to have already activated on 3 sites – what’s not working for you now?

I think it was the license which i’ve not haved entered on that site i was on. So the plugin is just working very well now. Thanks again.

Now I also se a “Clone/Migrate” button. Was that made because of my question :-)?

Hi Michael,

All feedback is useful! We added the big button mainly because we wanted people who aren’t yet customers to be able to discover the feature, as it was a little hidden for people who didn’t already know that it existed.
