    I upgraded yesterday and PayPal processed the payment and it’s on my credit card, but your site still reports payment is pending. This does not inspire confidence.
    “Order #424166 was placed on August 19, 2019 and is currently Pending payment.”

    Hi Deimna,

    Looking at your account shows that you have an active order #424169 which is what the payment went through for. i.e. Your purchase has gone through. The unpaid “pending” order showing (#424166) will automatically delete itself after a bit of time.
