Hello,

I am wanting to update my sites to Dropbox Subfolders so that I have an off-site backup current and easily found for each site. I believe I paid for this, if not please advise and if there are any help or tutorials on how to properly set this up I would be very grateful.

Hi Lorie,

I have checked your account and you do have a license.
First you need to properly install the premium plugin, just follow this tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BkVpfdTLxFE.
After that, you can configure UpdraftPlus to send backups to Dropbox. Here’s our guide – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fBQBTqkyfY

Yes, you are still using the free version.

Please de-install that version and then follow this tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BkVpfdTLxFE.
You should have 2.16.59.x as the version number.
