I can not connect to my UpdraftPlus.Com account in the plugin Premium/Extensions.
i download the plugin from my account.

Are you also able to login to your UpdraftPlus.com account here using the same username and password?

Please could you enter your site’s IP address into the following form:
https://updraftplus.com/unblock-ip-address/

You should be able to find your site IP address in your hosting control panel.
