I purchased the premium version of UpdraftPlus on 21st February 2018 expecting it to last until February 2019.
I renewed the licence when you first sent me reminders on December 18th 2018. I would have expected that this licence would expire in February 2020 because you say in your email that you do not shorten the licence if you renew early. Clearly you do penalise for early renewal.
I am currently on holiday in the UK thinking that my websites were being covered. Renewing my licence was not an easy process because your system was identifying me as a UK resident.
Anyway I have now renewed my licence but I think that you need to be honest and not say that current licences will not be shortened if you renew because clearly they are.Hi Jane,
